Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tandoor Chef de Partie (CDP) at SRK Estates and Resort, located in Devanahalli. The role involves preparing and presenting authentic tandoor dishes with high-quality ingredients, supervising and training junior kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section, and maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation. The CDP will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine tandoor recipes, manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards are met.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and cooking tandoor dishes such as breads, kebabs, and curries
- Experience in supervising a kitchen team and ensuring efficient operations
- Ability to manage food inventory and maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Strong knowledge of spices, marinades, and traditional tandoor cooking techniques
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications in culinary arts or equivalent professional training
- Previous experience in a hospitality or fine dining environment is a strong advantage
