Job Description

Adobe CDP + CJA Specialist

  • Microsoft SQL Developer Certified Associate, Adobe AEP CDP Certified Expert
  • in Adobe Campaign Classic (both Business Practitioner and Developer), Adobe

Qualified in Adobe Experience Platform, and SFMC Email Specialist.

  • Implemented Adobe CDP from the ground up - identity resolution stitching known

and anonymous profiles via Web SDK, profile and audience building, and audience

segmentation

  • Configured XDM data ingestion schemas, profiles unification, datasets, identity

namespaces, and merge policies aligned with enterprise data model

  • Implemented Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) - data views, cross-channel

journey reports, attribution models, and segmentation aligned with CDP audiences

  • Translated business use cases (acquisition, nurture, ABM, retention, event

engagement) into CDP audience logic and CJA measurement frameworks

  • Owned consent enforcement, governance labels, and pre-activation audience QA

processes

  • Operationalized GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance - including consent

framework, data retention policies, DSAR handling, and governance labels within
