Who We're Looking For

We're not hiring an HR person. We're hiring someone who genuinely loves people, moves fast, thinks on their feet, and wants to help build a company from the inside out.

At Numerize, we're building AI-powered financial intelligence for the food & beverage industry — and we're growing. We need someone who can find great people, bring them in, and make sure this place stays energetic, intentional, and worth showing up to every day.

If you've ever been the person in the room who just gets people — reads the vibe, knows who fits where, makes everyone feel like they belong — this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end hiring coordination — job posts, sourcing, screening calls, interview scheduling, offer rollouts
  • Be the first impression for every candidate who walks through our door (or inbox)
  • Run onboarding that actually makes new hires feel set up to win from Day 1
  • Help maintain a culture that's high-performance and genuinely human
  • Handle people ops ground work — attendance, documentation, policies, vendor coordination
  • Spot what's not working before anyone else does and flag it (or fix it)
  • Work directly with the core team on hiring priorities and team needs
What We Expect
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresher with the right instincts? We're open)
  • In-office, every day — this role is about presence and energy, not remote coordination
  • Fast. Clear. Reliable. You don't wait to be told twice
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in the room
  • High EQ — you read people well and know how to handle sensitive situations with maturity
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; a startup is not a manual, it's a moving target
Preferred Background

Graduates or postgraduates in Psychology, Social Sciences, or Business — though we care more about how you think than what your degree says.
