Role : Recruiter - Australia Roles

Location : Delhi (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australian clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across IT and non-IT roles.
• Understand Australian hiring standards, employment laws, and market trends to ensure compliant and effective recruitment practices.
• Must be available to work in Australian shift timings and effectively manage stakeholder and candidate interactions across time zones
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interview processes across time zones, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
