Supply Chain Executive (Skincare/ Procurement)

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate procurement, production planning, and inventory management across multiple suppliers and 3PLs.

 Monitor stock levels and forecast demand using historical data and sales projections.

 Work closely with internal teams (product development, marketing, customer experience) to ensure timely product launches and replenishment.

 Collaborate with contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers to manage lead times and mitigate supply risks.

 Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.

 Maintain and improve supply chain systems, documentation, and reporting.

 Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain process.

Good to have

: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field

. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations—preferably in CPG, beauty, or skincare

. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory systems, and ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)

. Excel wizardry and a data-driven mindset

. Exceptional communication and organizational skills

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a startup mentality
