About Sturlite Electric

Founded in 2009 by Mr. Sanjay Jain and Mr. Mukesh Jain, Sturlite Electric is a Bengaluru-based electrical products company with an ARR of 1000cr and a pan-India dealer network of 16,000+ partners. The company has grown from an industrial cables business into an emerging FMEG challenger brand with diversified portfolio spanning:

LED lighting (indoor & outdoor)

  • TUV Rheinland certified

Electrical wires & cables

  • ISI marked, 99.97% pure electrolytic-grade copper

Switchgear

  • MCBs and Distribution Boards

Our ambition is to build one of India's most trusted multi-category enterprises - a name that households trust for electricals and health, that industry relies on for energy, and that investors recognise as a category-defining force. We are not building a portfolio. We are building a legacy.

Sturlite Group is building something uncommon: a multi-category enterprise spanning Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG), Solar Energy (C&I and IPP), and OTC Health & Wellness three high-growth sectors that together represent India's infrastructure of daily life.

Our FMEG and Health & Wellness businesses are consumer-facing - built on brand equity, retail distribution, and household trust.

Our Solar business operates in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy solutions, with a clear ambition to enter Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects - a B2B and institutional play requiring credibility, relationships, and market reputation of a different kind.

With ~1000 employees and significant year-on-year growth (about 44 % CAGR), Sturlite is scaling its operations rapidly and is now building out a mature, process-driven supply chain function.
