Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Portfolio Growth: Drive the expansion of Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital products across the Agra circle.
• Manage Diverse Products: Oversee a comprehensive portfolio including Overdraft (OD), Cash Credit (CC), and Unsecured Business Loans.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Acquire and manage high-value corporate clients, anchors, and dealer networks.
• Mitigate Risk: Ensure high portfolio quality through rigorous risk assessment and compliance alignment.
• Mentor Teams: Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing team of relationship managers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Track Record: 10–15 years of robust experience in banking or NBFC sectors.
• Domain Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Supply Chain Finance mechanics and Working Capital structures.
• Product Proficiency: Hands-on experience scaling OD, CC, and structured Unsecured Loans.
• Local Market Insights: Strong professional network and understanding of the Agra business landscape.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.
• Education: MBA (Finance).
