Role Overview

Zensar is looking for an experienced Delivery Head with a strong background in Supply Chain and/or Retail domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large delivery engagements, driving customer success, managing P&L, and building high-performing delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 16+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience as a Delivery Head, Delivery Manager, Program Director, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Retail domain engagements.
• Experience managing large delivery portfolios and enterprise customers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in P&L management, delivery governance, and account growth.
• Ability to lead large distributed teams across locations.
