Role Overview

:The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations Manager to support students throughout their academic journey. This role focuses on student guidance, mentoring, engagement, and progress tracking, ensuring students stay motivated, make informed decisions, and remain on track to achieve their goals

.This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in student success, mentorship, and academic operations

Key Responsibilities

:-1. Student Guidance & Mentorsh

  • ipAct as a mentor and first point of contact for students for academic and career-related guidan
  • ceConduct regular 1:1 check-ins to understand student progress, challenges, and goa
  • lsProvide structured guidance, clarity, and motivation to keep students on tra
