Student Counselling

Assess students’ interests, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations to recommend suitable international universities and programs.

Application Management

Guide students through the entire application process, including document review and preparation of Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and resumes.

Visa Guidance

Provide end-to-end support for visa applications, including documentation, submission processes, and interview preparation.

University Coordination

Build and maintain relationships with international institutions to stay updated on admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and fee structures.

Pre- and Post-Departure Support

Assist students with accommodation arrangements, travel planning, and cultural adaptation to ensure a smooth transition abroad.

Target Achievement & Outreach

Drive student recruitment by executing marketing initiatives, participating in webinars and seminars, and consistently achieving enrolment targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with First division.

Experience

At least 3 years of proven experience in overseas education consultancy, student counseling, or advisory roles.

Knowledge

Strong understanding of international education systems, including countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Proficiency in language 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
• High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability

Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheet applications and internet usage.

Note:

This role requires a proactive approach to handling multiple applications simultaneously and delivering high student satisfaction to increase referrals.

Salary: 

• Entry level position starts around 2.4 lakhs – 3.3 lakhs annually, increasing with experience
