Student Counselor

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 2-5 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor who can guide students in choosing the right courses while actively contributing to lead generation and conversion.

• Counsel students on courses, career paths, and educational opportunities
• Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and campaigns
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions
• Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions
• Conduct tele-counseling and face-to-face counseling sessions
• Achieve monthly admission and lead conversion targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Lead generation and sales-oriented mindset (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Btech in Civil will add advantage
• Experience in education counseling / sales / Telecalling is a must
