Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will assist prospective and current students with career guidance, educational program recommendations, and help address their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include conducting student assessments, providing strategic counseling for career growth, offering insights into course options, and maintaining strong communication with students to foster engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in their academic and career decisions
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students and address their needs
Familiarity with Education systems and an understanding of academic program structures
Empathy, patience, and approachability to build trust and rapport with students
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain detailed records of student interactions
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred
Experience in academic institutions or counseling roles is a plus
