Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Student Counselor at zeitnah academy Kozhikode. The Student Counselor will provide guidance and support to students, assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Key responsibilities include counseling students, offering career advice, assisting with course selection, maintaining open communication with students, and ensuring quality customer service. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to provide a holistic educational experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and mentor students effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building meaningful connections with students and addressing their needs
• Background in Education to understand varying academic paths and opportunities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in online learning platforms or academic institutions is advantageous
