About the Role

We're looking for a talented and thoughtful UX Writer to join our product team. In this role, you'll shape how users experience our SaaS platform — from the first onboarding step to the most complex workflow. You'll translate product logic into clear, human, and intuitive language that helps users accomplish their goals with confidence.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to craft copy that is not just functional, but delightful.

What You'll Do

• Write clear, concise, and consistent UX copy across the product including UI labels, tooltips, empty states, error messages, onboarding flows, and in-app notifications.
• Translate complex SaaS workflows and technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
• Partner with designers on Figma to integrate copy seamlessly into product designs.
• Develop and maintain a content style guide and UX writing standards for the product.
• Conduct content audits to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand feature logic and user goals.
• Advocate for the user's perspective in product discussions and design reviews.
• Work with the Research team to validate copy through usability testing and feedback loops.
• Contribute to building scalable content components and design system documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex flows and product logic.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools for collaborative work.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced product environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate content decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience working within or contributing to a design system.
• Familiarity with content testing methods (A/B testing, usability studies, etc.).

Preferred Experience

• SaaS product experience — hands-on writing for B2B or B2C SaaS platforms, ideally with exposure to complex dashboards, admin workflows, or enterprise-grade features.
• AI product experience — experience writing for AI-powered features such as copilots, recommendation engines, smart suggestions, or conversational interfaces.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts and limitations (e.g., confidence scores, model errors, generative outputs) in a way that builds user trust and sets clear expectations.
• Familiarity with writing responsible AI disclosures and ethical content patterns around automation and machine-generated content.
