The Student Experience directorate is accountable for the design and delivery of all student-facing services and programs across the student lifecycle, from enrolment through to graduation. The directorate delivers student administration; including admissions coordination, enrolment, student records, fees, progression, and graduation; student services and success programs, counselling and wellbeing support, and co-curricular engagement across the Mumbai and Chennai campuses. It holds responsibility for student conduct and grievance processes and ensures that all services operate within UWA policy and applicable Indian higher education regulatory requirements.

About The Opportunity
- Provides administrative support to students and applicants through responsive handling of enquiries relating to enrolment, records, and student administration processes.
- Processes applications, administers enrolment, course registration, variations, and progression, and maintains accurate student records across the student lifecycle including graduation administration.
- Applies university policies and regulatory requirements, monitors process accuracy, and works collaboratively with admissions, student services, and academic teams to support coordinated delivery of student lifecycle processes.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in administration, business, education, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support within a higher education, education services, or comparable regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience administering enrolment, admissions, records management, or similar transactional processes requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines.
- Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines within a service delivery environment.
- Experience using information management or student administration systems.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to provide professional, responsive, and student-centred service to diverse student cohorts.
