Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge, located in Delhi, India. The Store Incharge will manage inventory, oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure efficient stock management, monitor and prevent losses, and meet customer satisfaction objectives. They will be responsible for maintaining an organized store environment, fostering positive customer service experiences, and ensuring operational efficiency in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders and effectively address concerns
• Store Management skills to supervise daily operations and maintain an organized and efficient workplace
• Customer Satisfaction expertise with a focus on ensuring clients' needs are met professionally
• Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to proactively address and mitigate inventory shrinkage
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability
• Experience in managing and maintaining inventory records using relevant tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams, vendors, and suppliers
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
