Role Description The Store Incharge role at KSS Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including receiving, verifying, and organizing inventory of consumables used in electronics industry. The role includes maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper labeling and storage, and coordinating with procurement and sales teams for timely replenishment and dispatch. The Store Incharge monitors material movement, implements loss prevention measures, and ensures that products are stored safely and in compliance with company procedures. This position also involves responding to internal and external queries, supporting customer service standards, and contributing to a clean, orderly, and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong store management skills, including inventory control, documentation, and coordination of material movement.
• Candidates should possess customer service and customer satisfaction skills to support internal teams and external clients effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interaction with suppliers, customers, and team members.
• Candidates should possess retail loss prevention skills, including monitoring stock discrepancies and implementing control measures.
• Relevant experience in store operations within manufacturing, electronics, or industrial supplies is beneficial.
• Ability to use basic computer applications and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and reliability are essential.
• A diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experiance of Tally / ERP will be an advantage
