Role Description The Store Incharge - Opticals role at ZEISS Vision is a contract, on-site position based in Erode. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a well-organized and clean optical retail environment, and managing inventory and display of products. The Store Incharge will interact with customers, provide guidance on optical products, and support eye care professionals to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring store performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and coordinating with management to achieve sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Effective Communication abilities to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets.
• Previous experience in optical retail or healthcare-related retail is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Erode and manage day-to-day store responsibilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; additional training in optics or retail management is preferred.
