Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge, located in New Delhi. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth store management. The role involves monitoring retail loss prevention strategies, addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Store Incharge will also be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency within the store while aligning with company policies and goals.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational efficiency and minimize discrepancies.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to support a positive shopping experience.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Leadership skills, including staff management and the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Previous experience in retail or store operations is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or retail management are a plus.
