Store Executive-Kannada speaking (Upto 4LPA)

Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Store Executive will manage daily store operations, including handling customer inquiries, guiding customers through product choices, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves managing billing, cash handling, and basic documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The Store Executive will support promotional activities in-store and work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, with compensation up to 4 LPA depending on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage courteously and professionally with diverse customers.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, billing, and cash handling.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and a clean, well-arranged store.
• Ability to learn and communicate product information, especially related to organic and preservative-free items.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for store management.
• Reliability and integrity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• Prior experience in retail, grocery, or food-related businesses is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in commerce, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and peak hours as required.
