Store Executive

Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Naya Raipur, responsible for managing inventory, overseeing receipts and issues of materials, and maintaining accurate stock records for the store. Daily tasks include coordinating with production and purchasing teams, tracking inward and outward movement of goods, performing regular stock checks, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of items. The role also involves preparing store reports, monitoring reorder levels, and supporting audits and compliance with company policies. The Store Executive will interact with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, optimize store operations, and ensure timely availability of materials required for manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing skills, including strong Customer Service abilities and clear Communication for internal and external interactions.
• Retail and Sales-related skills to understand product flow, demand patterns, and basic store operations.
• Commerce knowledge, including basic understanding of stock management, documentation, and inventory principles.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining records using spreadsheets or inventory software.
• Ability to work on-site in Naya Raipur, manage physical stock handling, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in store management, warehousing, or inventory control in a manufacturing or electronics environment is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 6 Months to 2 years

Salary: 15000 to 20000
