Role & responsibilities
- Visit salons across your assigned territory in Gurugram / Bangalore and pitch The Kainchi platform to salon owners
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from first meeting to the salon going live on the app
- Complete KYC, documentation, and listing setup for each partner salon
- Train salon staff on the platform bookings, schedules, and payments
- Meet weekly salon activation targets
- Collect and relay field feedback to the product and operations team
Preferred candidate profile
- 02 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or B2B outreach
- Comfortable pitching and building rapport with small business owners
- Strong communication in Hindi and English (Kannada preferred for Bangalore)
- Own a 2-wheeler for daily field visits
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage an independent field route
- Freshers with the right attitude and hustle are welcome
- Prior experience at Urban Company, Zomato, Swiggy, or any marketplace startup is a strong plus
