Senior Product Manager - Genomics

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the product and promotional strategy of allocated portfolio by developing and implementing the effective marketing solutions for Doctors & IOPs

Qualification: MSc Biotech / Biochem

Experience: 4–5 years in Genomics

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product and promotional strategy of the allocated portfolio by developing and implementing effective marketing solutions for doctors and IOPs.
• Develop marketing campaigns based on zone-wise and test-wise performance.
• Formulate product strategy (roadmap, positioning, strategic pricing, and go-to-market strategy) in alignment with the functional head.
• Develop effective B2B and digital campaigns for brand visibility, sales scale-up, and market penetration.
• Conceptualize, plan, and manage new product launches.
• Support the sales team in business development activities (CMEs, RTMs, and conferences) and track investment ROI.
• Develop and support various marketing collaterals, gifts, and visual aids, monitoring their field implementation.
• Conduct regular market intelligence for the product portfolio to design effective counter-strategies.
• Develop and implement product training for sales and channel partners regarding new tests and campaigns.
• Manage the budget and expenses for all marketing-related activities.
• Oversee the creation of creatives and execution of social media content through the designated agency.
• Ensure the timely update of product-related PDPs on the website as new products are launched.
