Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, NY, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The executive will collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to understand client needs, propose tailored digital marketing solutions, and prepare proposals and presentations. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, attending client meetings (online and in-person), maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The role also requires regular follow-ups, monitoring campaign performance with internal teams, and contributing feedback to refine service offerings.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and deliver consultative solutions.
- Understanding of digital marketing domains such as SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and web development.
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional email writing, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and research skills to assess markets, identify opportunities, and interpret performance data.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or in B2B sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and online collaboration platforms.
- Self-motivated mindset, goal orientation, and readiness to learn and adapt to evolving digital trends.
