Role Description The Client Acquisition Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on identifying and approaching potential brand clients, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships for influencer campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, presenting KOLPlanet’s solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships, and monitoring campaign performance to support upsell and retention opportunities. The manager is expected to use data-driven insights from KOLPlanet’s platform to tailor proposals and demonstrate value to prospective clients.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition experience in B2B or marketing technology environments.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including pipeline management, deal closing, and revenue target achievement.
- Account Management capabilities to build trust, maintain client satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, digital advertising, and campaign performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Delhi, managing both in-office collaboration and remote responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in SaaS or MarTech sales is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales analytics, and presentation software to manage accounts and report on performance.
