Role Overview

This position involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role may include cross-training in various store areas to support business needs.

• Handle transactions accurately, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandising standards
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction and adhere to policies and labor laws
