Role Description

The Stitching Team Leader will oversee and coordinate daily stitching operations to ensure high-quality output and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising a team of stitching operators, ensuring production targets are met, monitoring quality control standards, maintaining safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in stitching processes, stitching machine operation, and quality assurance techniques in the footwear or garment industry.
• Team leadership skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and manage team members effectively.
• Production management capabilities, such as planning, workflow optimization, and deadline adherence.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for identifying and resolving stitching or production issues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating with teams and departments.
• Experience in a similar role with knowledge of safety shoes or footwear manufacturing processes preferred.
