We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in the automotive manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient execution of production schedules, and managing manpower effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient execution of production schedules
• Manage and coordinate the activities of production team members, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols in the production area
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and optimize production schedules
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics
  
  

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in production supervision or a related field in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of production schedules execution and manpower handling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate production team members
• Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and quality control standards
