Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinating and assigning tasks to team members based on production goals.
Monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Identifying and implementing improvements in the manufacturing process for efficiency.
Training new team members on procedures and protocols to maintain quality standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility.
Reporting regularly to upper management on team performance, challenges, and progress updates.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a diverse team and tasks effectively.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to enforce regulations and prevent accidents.
Analytical mindset to identify areas of improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing feedback and collaborating with different teams.
Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of quality control principles and their application in a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data analysis purposes.
