Role Description

The Sr. Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The selected individual will manage sales activities within the assigned territory, including meeting with existing and potential clients, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves preparing sales strategies, submitting regular reports, and ensuring the company's products achieve strong market presence. Collaboration with teams on promotional activities and developing professional relationships with key stakeholders are also integral to this role.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of science labware, particularly within molecular biology, cell culture, or related fields
  • Analytical skills for sales forecasting and market trend analysis
  • 4-5 relevant experience in Life Science/lab ware/ plastic wares
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
