Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara for a General Manager of Sales. The General Manager of Sales is responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, driving customer satisfaction, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role includes strategizing and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experiences, developing a high-performance sales culture, and contributing to company growth through effective management.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in General Management and Team Management to oversee daily operations and lead the sales team effectively.
  • Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to ensure superior client experiences
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Tata Motors, is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Proven experience in Sales and a results-driven approach to achieving organizational goals
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a management role within the automotive sector (sales, service, or both).
  • Deep knowledge of automotive diagnostics, service department operations, and local industry trends/laws.
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen (analyzing KPIs, profit/loss), exceptional interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Managing daily operations of the dealership or service departments to ensure profitability.
  • Handling customer complaints to maintain a high customer service index.
