Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Faridabad. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee day-to-day sales operations, identify and engage with potential clients, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing relationships with stakeholders, preparing sales reports, delivering presentations to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support the organization's objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also demonstrating self-motivation and independence.
  • Experience in robotics, automation, or technology industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Faridabad, with a willingness to travel as required.
