🎯 Role: Business Development Representative Intern (Hybrid – Gurugram)

This internship offers hands-on experience in client management and international tech sales, with an opportunity for a Permanent Position Offer (PPO) based on performance.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow international client accounts (primarily Europe & Middle East)

· Drive end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, follow-ups, and closure

· Maintain CRM hygiene, track interactions, and keep data updated

· Collaborate with delivery and tech teams to ensure client success

· Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

· Provide proactive customer support and resolve client issues quickly


📌 Qualifications

· Bachelor’s in Engineering or MBA preferred

· Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

· Basic understanding of SDLC and QA/testing tools

· Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

· Internship or experience in sales/account/client-facing roles is a plus

· Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
