About The Role

Phenom is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter / Corporate Recruitment Specialist with experience in hiring for the Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Pharma/Healthcare roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CRM/ATS and other channels
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers
  • Drive quick closures for open positions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Proven experience hiring for Pharma / Healthcare / Medical / Life Sciences roles
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiner or serving a notice period of up to 15 days
  • Prior experience in product-based or tech-driven organizations is a plus
