This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing client relationships, and creating strategic plans to meet sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage a dynamic sales pipeline and achieve business objectives.
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and the ability to close deals.
- Strategic Planning and Analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Sales Tools and CRM platforms to manage data and analyze performance metrics.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration abilities to guide and motivate sales teams and work with cross-functional departments.
- Experience in the logistics, fleet management, or technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
