Role Description
The Area Sales Manager - Equipment Finance will oversee sales operations, build, and manage a high-performing sales team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role also encompasses analyzing market trends, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets
- Team management and leadership abilities, including coaching and performance evaluation
- Market analysis and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities
- Knowledge of equipment finance and related financial products
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales forecasting
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Prior experience in equipment finance sales is highly desirable
