As a Senior Product Manager for the Enterprise Commerce Platform, you will shape the future of how LinkedIn scales our enterprise business (this includes SMBs to global organizations). You will own the platform that powers enterprise commerce across all of our lines of businesses - Recruiting, Sales, Learning and Advertising. You will lead the next wave of admin-focused innovation including proactive, in-product experiences and AI-powered agents targeted at product admins and decision makers within our enterprise customers, ultimately helping drive more value for them from their LinkedIn relationship, as well as improving productivity and ease of doing business. This is a highly visible, strategic role with impact across every enterprise transaction, product line, and customer journey.

Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and strategy for LinkedIn’s user and license management experiences, a critical part of our enterprise commerce platform, ensuring it can scale globally across online and offline sales motions.
- Drive the Admin Success track, building proactive in-product guidance, AI-driven contextual insights and recommendations, and agentic actions that empower product admins to realize more value.
- Partner with design, data science, and engineering to develop an admin-focused AI agent that troubleshoots issues, surfaces opportunity areas, delivers conversational insights and reports, and proactively recommends next best actions.
- Lead our transition to server driven UI, while continuing to improve both in-product user experiences as well as automation technology such as SCIM for auto-provisioning, bulk actions, etc.
- Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customer needs, and product metrics to inform platform enhancements and admin success capabilities.
- Translate complex technical considerations into clear product requirements, decisions, and trade-offs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition clearly to executives, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Develop a comprehensive product and go-to-market roadmap that aligns with LinkedIn’s enterprise growth strategy and business goals.
- Write product requirements (PRDs), lead product planning, and execute product design to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences.
Basic Qualifications
- BS degree in a technology-related field
- 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience building enterprise-grade web products, with a demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end product development and launch
- Background in complex enterprise systems (e.g., user/license management, enterprise identity, SCIM, bulk actions and workflows, automation, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product experiences, particularly conversational or agentic interfaces
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences alike
