Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition, nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, managing a sales team, preparing sales reports, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves presenting the platform’s value proposition, providing client solutions, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate sales
- Strong network of Real Estate Brokers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in sales strategy development, business development, and account management
- Experience in client presentations, negotiations, and onboarding
- Proven ability to manage teams, meet targets, and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or technology platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
- Problem-solving mindset and a results-oriented approach
