This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Dehradun. The role involves identifying potential new clients, generating leads, and developing partnerships to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering persuasive presentations, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions.

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver effective and engaging Presentations
• Proficient in Lead Generation and conducting thorough Market Research
• Strong Communication skills, both written and oral, for client and team interactions
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated professional with collaborative teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
