Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at ACHARYA EXIM LLP, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, managing a sales team, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are met consistently. The Sales Manager is expected to collaborate closely with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and organizational growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Business Development
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management and collaboration
  • Expertise in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Relevant work experience in the export-import or logistics industry is a plus
