Job Title: Sales Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Delhi / NCR

Industry: Preferably Building Materials / Electrical / Automation / B2B Products


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Visit clients, dealers, architects, builders, and corporate customers.
  • Present company products and explain features & benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM/management regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.


Required Skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales / field sales preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.


Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.


Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
