Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Branch Sales Executive at Scinext Skills & Technology. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients for the company’s workforce solutions, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The Branch Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and represent the organization at industry events. Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention is a key aspect of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to tailor solutions to meet client needs
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in workforce solutions, recruitment, or related industries is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Confidence, adaptability, and self-motivation to excel in a fast-paced setting
