Job Description We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive who will be responsible for meeting clients on-site, presenting our IT services, and closing sales. The role requires generating leads, understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities Visit clients and clearly explain company services Identify potential customers and generate new leads Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions Deliver basic presentations and service explanations Follow up with prospects and close deals Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Update daily sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred) 1–5 years of relevant sales experience (IT/Software services preferred) Strong understanding of sales principles with a target-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site
Salary Structure CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Incentive Structure Performance-based incentives on services sold Services include:
- Digital Marketing
- Website Designing
- App Development
- Incentives vary based on package value and client requirements
- Incentives calculated on a daily basis
Working Days & Timings Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
