The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless availability, performance, and security of systems across servers, networks, and cloud platforms. ? Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Work from Office Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: 10:00 AM ? 7:00 PM Work Week: Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, storage, and network infrastructure (on-premise and cloud). Implement and support virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar). Ensure system uptime, performance optimization, and preventive maintenance. Handle configuration, deployment, and patch management across systems. Monitor infrastructure health using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana. Collaborate with internal teams for infrastructure scaling, upgrades, and incident response. Implement and manage data backup, recovery, and security policies. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and network issues promptly. Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, SOPs, and change logs. Support IT compliance, audits, and infrastructure standardization initiatives. Skills & Experience 3?5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking fundamentals. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred. Familiarity with firewalls, VPN, DNS, and routing protocols. Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation tasks. Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and system patching. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (DevOps, Development, Security). Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented in problem-solving. ? Tools Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Infrastructure Management: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Azure VM, Load Balancers, Cloud DNS Automation & IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell Networking: VPN, DNS, Load Balancing, Security Groups, Firewalls Containers (Good to Have): Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) Education Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, CCNA) will be an added advantage.
