Job Title: EPC Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented EPC SR. Sales Executive responsible for generating sales for solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The candidate will identify potential clients, develop business opportunities, and close deals for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and identify potential customers for solar EPC projects.
  • Promote and sell solar rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions.
  • Meet commercial, industrial, and residential clients to explain solar project benefits.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and project teams for project feasibility and execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize project agreements with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep updated with solar industry trends, government policies, and subsidies.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in solar EPC sales or energy sector sales.
  • Good knowledge of solar systems, EPC projects, and government policies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B solar sales.
  • Understanding of net metering, solar subsidies, and project costing.
  • Strong networking and lead generation capability.
