Sr. Meta Media Buyer (Who Thinks Like a Growth Strategist)

Most media buyers manage ads. We need one who grows brands.

We're looking for the rare buyer who sees a Meta ad account the way a growth strategist sees a business: as one lever inside a full system of creative, funnel, offer, and economics.


Who we are


Neuroid is a performance marketing agency scaling D2C brands with paid media, performance creatives, and AI-powered ad systems. Our buyers don't "run campaigns" - they own growth outcomes for the brands they manage.


What you'll actually own


  • The growth number, not the dashboard. You're accountable for revenue and MER — not just ROAS screenshots. When a brand grows, it's yours. When it stalls, that's yours too.
  • Creative strategy, not just creative testing. You map customer personas to angles, brief creators on what to make and why, and know within 48 hours whether a concept has legs — and what to iterate next.
  • The full funnel. You map the journey from thumb-stop to checkout. You spot when the problem isn't the ad - it's the landing page, the offer, or the AOV — and you fix it (yes, CRO thinking is part of this job).
  • Scale decisions. When to push spend, when to hold, when to kill. You make these calls on unit economics, not gut feel.

  • You're the right person if


    • 3–5+ years buying on Meta with real budgets (₹20L+/month) and receipts: brands you scaled, numbers you moved.
    • You can explain why a winning ad won — persona, angle, hook, offer — not just that it did.
    • You think in funnels: CAC, AOV, LTV, MER, contribution margin roll off your tongue because you use them daily.
    • You've diagnosed a "Meta problem" that was actually a landing page problem — and fixed it.
    • You take accountability by default. No pixel excuses, no algorithm blame. If the number's red, you own the plan to turn it green.


    You're NOT the right person if


    • You need a strategist to tell you what to test next.
    • Your creative input ends at "let's try new creatives."
    • You've never looked at a client's P&L, landing page, or post-purchase flow.
