Flurr ( flurr.in ) is a fast-growing women's workwear and activewear D2C brand based out of Noida.


Work Location: Sector 62, Noida


Role Description:

Flurr is seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Noida.


Work Schedule:

5 days a week + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturdays working - WFH , or as per company policy).


Experience:

  • Marketing: 1+ years (Required)


Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Coordinate the creation of posts, reels, videos, campaigns, and other creative assets.
  • Develop engaging content ideas based on trends, customer insights, and brand positioning.
  • Manage community engagement and build strong relationships with customers.


Influencer & Brand Collaborations

  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, content deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Build strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition through creators.


Performance Marketing & Growth : Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Optimize for

  • ROAS
  • CPA
  • CTR
  • Conversion Rate
  • CAC
  • Campaign Budgets


AI & Marketing Innovation

  • Use AI tools for content creation, Product cataloguing, campaign optimization, automation, and productivity improvement.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI marketing tools and digital trends.
  • Explore new growth opportunities in fashion, eCommerce, and social commerce.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Content Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and D2C brand growth.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and other advertising platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, eCommerce, or consumer brands preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Passion for fashion, creativity, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
