About the Role

Our client, a global leader in consumer health and personal care products, is seeking a Manager – Consumer Insights & Business Intelligence (Drug Channel). This role focuses on leading business intelligence, market research, and advanced analytics initiatives to drive sales strategies and business growth within the drug retail channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business intelligence and analytics initiatives to drive performance
• Translate complex data and research into actionable insights
• Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to influence strategy
• Deliver category, shopper, and market insights for business growth
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
• Drive innovation in analytics and market intelligence capabilities
• Lead research projects to identify growth opportunities
• Foster a consumer-focused and insight-driven culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
• 6–8 years of experience in analytics, insights, or market research roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or related industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Numerator)
• Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and methodologies
• Proven ability to drive business impact through insights
• Experience managing research projects at scale
