Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Executive/Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, ensuring their safety and comfort, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and provide them with a warm welcome to the airport
- Check-in passengers and their baggage, issue boarding passes, and ensure all travel documents are in order
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled passengers
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Board and deplane passengers according to airline procedures
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following all safety protocols and procedures
- Handle lost or damaged baggage claims and assist passengers with retrieving their luggage
- Monitor flight schedules and provide updates to passengers as needed
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations and security protocols Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
