In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, ensuring their safety and comfort, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and provide them with a warm welcome to the airport
• Check-in passengers and their baggage, issue boarding passes, and ensure all travel documents are in order
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled passengers
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Board and deplane passengers according to airline procedures
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following all safety protocols and procedures
• Handle lost or damaged baggage claims and assist passengers with retrieving their luggage
• Monitor flight schedules and provide updates to passengers as needed
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations and security protocols Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
