We’re now looking for a Generative AI Specialist who can help us bridge creativity + automation + AI tools to deliver smarter, faster, and better outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

AI-Powered Creative Execution

• Create high-quality AI-generated images, videos, and content
• Work with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Develop creative concepts using AI-first thinking

Workflow & Automation Building

• Build AI-powered workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n
• Design systems that reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed
• Integrate AI into marketing, content, and internal operations

AI Agent & System Development

• Experiment with and build AI agents / agentic workflows
• Use tools/frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar ecosystems
• Develop use-case driven solutions for clients

Experimentation & Innovation

• Continuously test new AI tools and platforms
• Bring fresh ideas on how AI can improve output quality, speed, and ROI
• Stay ahead of trends and translate them into practical execution

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with design, content, and strategy teams
• Help translate client requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Contribute to building repeatable systems and frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (image, video, text)
• Understanding of AI workflows, automation tools, and integrations
• Curiosity to explore, test, and implement new AI technologies
• Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a builder attitude

Tools You Should Be Familiar With (Not Mandatory, But Preferred)

• Midjourney / DALL·E / Stable Diffusion
• Runway / Pika / other AI video tools
• ChatGPT / Claude
• Zapier / Make / n8n
• Notion AI / Airtable
• Any AI agent frameworks (n8n, LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.)
